Shop this fun silicone circular cake bar mold. Use this round with flat top mold for making cake gems, mousse cakes and even chocolate covered cookie dough bars and double chocolate covered cookies. INFO: Working temps -60 to +240° C. Durable and safe for freezer, oven and microwave. Features non-stick and easy to release from the mold.
TIP FOR USE: coat the inside of the mold with chocolate, allow to set and then add a mousse and round of cake or brownie. Seal the bottom with more chocolate and allow to set.
NOTE: Hand wash only in hot soapy water and dry well before using. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents. Do not use sharp utensils, use under a broiler, on a hot plate or near an open flame. If you are baking with this mold, spray lightly with non stick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet to keep it level and to ease removal from the oven. These molds are made of food grade silicone.
